About the Course
'A Health Psychologist's Advice for Weight Loss: Try a different way to succeed!' is designed to support weight management through improving individual mental health. Through this workshop, you can gain an understanding of how better psychological wellbeing can improve your relationship with food, in addition to support your ability to stay motivated on your weight loss journey, help you to break old eating habits and improve your self-esteem along the way. !!IMPORTANT!! Once enrolled, you will be able to access and re-visit the course for 2 days, so you are able to take time to work through the advice and strategies provided.

As an experienced Chartered Health Psychologist I'm here to guide you through taking a different approach to weight loss than you might have taken before. By focusing on your mental health instead of dietary intake, I can help you change the way you approach managing your weight.
